Returns & Refunds
Should you wish to return or exchange your item, we can arrange this for you on the condition that the box is unopened and the item is returned within 7 days. Please note this policy does not apply for IT items including toners. If you receive your item in less than perfect condition, we will either fix or replace it for you. Returns within the return policy we will refund onto your credit card.
